Suggest Remedy For Spotting And Odor After Having Mirena Inserted

Approximately 4-5 weeks ago I had a mirena inserted. I have had spotting ever since which has progressively become heavier and now has an associated odor. This is my second time with this IUD and none of these side effects presented themselves before. I also have developed some abnormalities on my facial skin. Not sure if these issue are related.....?
