Suggest Remedy For Spotting Orange Blood After Removal Of Polyps From Ovary

I had a had my Mirena IUD removed on 2-07-11. Everything started out routine until 02/12/11 when I started to have more bleeding. It continued to worsen so I went intomy GYN on 02/15/11 with uncontrollable bleeding. They did an ultrasound and found my endometrial lining was 2cm thick and I had 1 cyston my right ovary. The gave me progesterone shots to stp the bleeding and scheduled me for a D&C and Hysteroscopy on Thursday 02-17-11. During surgery they fond 2 clusters of polyps. They removed the polyps and the lining and sent it off to pathology. Recovery from surgery started normal and then I started getting intensely uncomfortable on my left lower quadrant.. it was similiar to an ovulation pain, but much more intense. The pain has gone away, but now I am spotting orange blood. My check up isn't for another week. Should I call and try to get in sooner that that?
