Suggest Remedy For Spotting When Having Liver And Kidney Failure

Hello, I am a 56 year old woman & I have Liver Failure & Kidney Failure & I am on the Transplant List for both organs. For the past 2 to 3 weeks I have noticed that when I make urine, which is only twice a day due to the Liver & Kidney Disease, there is a tiny amount of blood when I wipe. It is not at all heavy blood...just a little pinkish & yellowish & brownish but it scares me. I have an appointment for Mar 31 with my primary care doctor but I am o worried about it. Can you please tell me what could possibly cause this? I am also a bleeder & have thin blood & I m on about 9 different prescriptions. Thank you kindly, Debbie Costa
