Hello i got married since 4 months ago n trying to got pregnant but i had an ussue az i got my periods on 6 jan bt now i got spotting in 18 jan n my dictir recommended me placentrex injection , vH 3 af 150 folic acid i want to knw is it safe.whats the problem with me could i b pregnant or its only infection plz help me
