Suggest Remedy For Stabbing Pains In Head

Hi. I'm a 28 year old male. I'm having these quick stabbing pains in my head that only last between 1-2 seconds and seem to happen at random. They are mostly on the right side of my head but can move around. I notice if I lay down on my right side, they get worse. I am a bit overweight and I'm currently on a 10mg perscription for Lisoprin for high blood pressure. I just recently lost my job and lost my health insurance with it. Can you please help? I am very worried.
