Suggest Remedy For Stiff Neck With Chronic Headache

Hi I've had a stiff neck for over a week , more on the right side constant headache across my forehead and pain at the back of my head. I've tried Valium on and off to relax the muscles , I'm constantly trying to strech my neck muscles but nothing seems to be helping. I'm tired of the pain. Please help me
