Suggest Remedy For Stinging And Redness In Genital Area After Putting Hair Cream

i used nair cream for body and legs and i put on genital area before reading not to do this and i used it like i would for legs and it got red and no hair came off and it stung when i washed it off, what do i do will i be fine hhow long before its gone?
