Suggest Remedy For Stomach Cramps With Migraine

I have been having migraines continuously for the past two weeks with shooting pain inbetween. I took 2 express gels of excedrin only when it was too bad and it would be ok until the next day. Its worse from yesterday. My pain is usually on right side and today its on the left and I am also getting stomach cramps.
