Suggest Remedy For Strep Throat And Impetigo

I'm 14. I've had strep throat and impetigo off and on for almost three years. Every time i go to see my doctor he always prescribes me antibiotics and while i take them most my symptoms disapear until i run out of meds then they come back. I would really like to know what i have to do to get rid of my strep and impetigo.
