Suggest Remedy For Strong Pain Below Belly Button On Urinating

I'm 18 and about 6 days ago I was fingered by my partner we did not have sexual intercourse. I think he may have damaged deeply inside my vagina,when I wee I receive a very strong pain just below my belly button it really hurts badly inside. I've tryed sudacreme and thrush cream inside my vagina but the pains not going away please could you give me some advise what might be the problem and how to get rid of this dis comforting stressing pain.
