Suggest Remedy For Stuffy Nose

There's this fluid I think.. that's been stuck in my nose since.. forever I think. I cant blow it out. I sorta got used to it but it gets really annoying when I lie down sideways. Whenever I lean to any direction, that nostril gets clogged up by some liquidy substance.
