Suggest Remedy For Sudden Chest Pain And Fainting

I have had four episodes of a sudden chest pain in which i ended fainting. The first one happened 4 years ago and the other three this last year. They have checked my heart and they told me that it is not related to my heart. My gastroenterologist has told me that it could be related to my esophagus but i have not gotten a diagnoses yet. I have had an endoscope and a esophagueal test but they dont know what causes that pain. Can you help me?
