Suggest Remedy For Sunburn With Swollen Forehead, Eyes

My daughter has a very bad sunburn. She woke up this morning and her forehead was swollen. the swelling continued and after a day and a half, her eyes continue to swell - so bad that she can barely open them. I have been giving her ibuprofen and tylenol and she had one dose of benadryl. She is also applying ice cold compresses regularly. can I do anything else and how long will the swelling continue?

thanks for asking here in this forum..
the treatment you are giving is good..but i will add that you should wash the area frequently..apply antibiotic plus steroid ointment...this will reduce swelling..don't apply ice packs directly..wrap in some gauze or cloth.. she will be fine soon..thanks
