Suggest Remedy For Sunstroke,nausea And Uncontrolled Shaking

Hi my sister and I both were dumb and did not put sunscreen on today when we were out on the beach (for approx. 5 hrs. ) we both woke up to uncontrollable shaking and nausea i have thrown up once and she just seems to be very dizzy and slightly disoriented... within the last hr. we both sat in cool bathes and put aloe vera on the burns and have taking an anti-inflammatory (ibuprofen). We were wondering if there is anything else we can do or if we should seek medical assistance
