Suggest Remedy For Swelling And Bulging Due To Infected Ingrown Toe Nail

My wife has an infected ingrown toe nail. We allready went to a clinic and recieved antibiotics on friday. Last night it looks like the infection got worse. It was swollen and bulging. This morning the swelling had went down, but she says alot of puss came out. Is this something I should go to the ER for? I have a photo.
