Suggest Remedy For Swelling And Bumps On The Left Armpit

I am a 60 year old female, 5ft. and 101 pounds. Am in very good health. I do have a few minor health issues, a frozen right shoulder from overworking outside, Osteoperosis, I am thinking a severe sinus infection, have had for many years. have just had exrays done of the head, no results yet. My ,,question. My lymphnodes seem to always be tender most of the time, but for about a week my left armpit and ligament is swollen and painful, the ligament running the arm has little bumps in it. Can you help?
