Suggest Remedy For Swelling And Tenderness In Vagina And Back And Stomach Pains

I'm a 19 yrs old female.. On August 19th i had an abortion of 12 weeks pregnant. Two days after the abortion I started getting a little swollen down there like I couldn't even walk cause it was hurting me. Then about 2 weeks ago every time I have sex I spot but not a lot. But 2 nights ago after having sex I was spotting a little more than before and I started getting swollen again; the next day it got swollen more and its up to the point right now that when my panties touch it it hurts.Before the abortion I got tested and everything came back negative. So i really don't know what's going on Please HELP I don't know what to think! P.S. i also get a lot of back pains and stomach pains. The stomach pain is like constantly.
