Suggest Remedy For Swelling Below The Right Ear

I have s welling below right ear. I felt this 6 hour earlier. At that time it was smaller. Slowly it rose and became pain ful. Now it is unbearable. Since few days I am suffering from cold. What is this pain ful swelling and what to do right now to get relief.
