Suggest Remedy For Swelling From Nose And Eye Along With Acne

Hello. my question is about a stress related zit (acne) that I cannot pop and It is literally swelling from my nose to my eye. whenever I have stress I get one. How can I pop it or release the pressure. It feels like I got socked in the eye. Please help
