Suggest Remedy For Swelling In Legs Post Long Flight

I hope you can help. Just got back from vacation. Four hour plane ride. While away my both feet and legs up to my calf are swollen. The weather was hot and I did have maybe 4 drinks a day. Also drank lots of water. I was I cancun. Did lots of walking. I am 78yrs young. Should I be concern about the swollen legs.
