Suggest Remedy For Swelling In The Cheek & Numbness In The Ear

due to cold plus travelling in shatabadi train up down from bangalore to chennai.i got seviour ear pain combined with swelling on the left cheek my left ear is completely numb and i am not able to hear properly .please suggest me what exactly is the problem and how it can be cured.
