Suggest Remedy For Swelling In The Ear Causing Hearing Difficulty

I have an ear canal that has swollen a little and couldn't hear very well, went to doctor and she gave me antibotic and ear drops for 10 days using ear drops 3 times a day...no help..she was gonna send me to specialist..no insurance. But now both ears feel like fluid behind them and can't hear very well out of either, I am a school bus driver and need to hear.
