Suggest Remedy For Swelling In Tonsils

Tonsils swollen for 3 months iv had antianflamitory shot antibiotic shot and 3 bottles of penicillin tonsils stay swollen but today it feels weird every time I swallow it feels like a piece of my right tonsil is hanging down my throat when I cough it moves a little on my tongue. Iv checked my uvula it's fine I need help should I be worried?
