Suggest Remedy For Swelling In Upper Lip

My husband top lip started to swell about 3hrs after taking ibu 600mg. We gave him Benadryl 25 mg and at 3:30 top lip all way swollen. Repeated Benadryl 50mg@ 4:00 am w/ ice. No respiratory problems or tongue swelling. Anything else we can do.trying to avoid er visit.
