Suggest Remedy For Swelling Of The Lower Lip And Chapped Skin

I used to suck my lower lip into my mouth a lot.Now my lower lip is swollen.I have stopped sucking but it still keeps swelling.Swelling is there on the sides of the lower lip inside the mouth.Lower lip is chapped all the time and skin inside my mouth is very soft.I am ready to spent upto any extent to cure this please help?
