Suggest Remedy For Swelling On Arm And Pain Behind The Ear

Hi I have Swooping in my right hand and very red and hurts, I have not done anything to make is like this. My ears have been stopped up for 3 months and now my nick behind my left ear hurts also, I feel weak and I m sleepy all the time in the last month, I seem to get weaker and more sleepy by the day. I m 71 years old, over weight and with very bad Neuropathy. Could this be an infection in my system ?
