Suggest Remedy For Swelling On Earlobe With Dizziness

I have a slight tender swelling just below and behind my earlobe, if i touch indise my ear i go dizzy and my vision blurs. I am prone to ear infections, but this does not feel like any ear infection i have had before, normally the side of my neck goes hard, but it hasn t. The side of my neck effected feels stiff and heavy.
