Suggest Remedy For Swelling On Lower Back And Buttocks After Injury

Fell 2 weeks ago and hit my lower back and right butt cheek. Bruising has gone down but one area is still swollen and I have one spot that feels like I am being stabbed in the back. Saw a dr and had an xray which they said was clear. Should I be seen again?
