Suggest Remedy For Swelling On The Temple With Lightheadedness Post Injury

5days ago I hit my left temple fairly hard against an acute rounded metal corner. It doesn t hurt s ll the time mainly when I wake up and every now and then during the day. I find myself spacing out a lot and feeling a bit light headed. I didn t receive a large bump just a bit of swelling near the area. I m just a bit worried and wonder if I should have it looked at since I ve been really out of it since it happened? Any ideas?
