Suggest Remedy For Swollen And Bruised Eyelid

Hi I have a scan on my upper lid. Last night I washed my face and then I used a wet tissue to remove the remaining residue of mascara. My eyelid felt weird so I scrataches and rubbed it. Now it's swollen and I have a bruise. Is there anything I can do
