Suggest Remedy For Swollen Ear Lobes And Pain

Hi my ear started hurting after using headphones for about 2 hours it feels like I have a swimmer's ear but I hadn't showered prior to using the headphones my ear lobe is swollen and it hurts down my left jaw i have no medicaid to see a doctor I feel constant pain thru out the day and its been 2 days
