Suggest Remedy For Swollen Labia During Pregnancy

I was taking a bath and I literally felt my inner lip (labia minor rip) I looked down there and there s a little rip . Doesn t hurt or sting unless I mess with it!! What could it be??? I m 8 months pregnant and I m swollen down there and you can see vains not pleasant looking and I can nearly see down there with my stomach in the way smh. Anyways I got tested about 3 years ago and have been with the same men sins !!! I had a baby last year I assume I was tested for everything then!!! And I m pregnant again now!! And all if a sudden this burden !!!! Ughhhhhh ! Please help me!!!! I was told it could be herpes and that herpes sometimes shows late!!!! I m so confused did he cheat on me??? Is it from one of my past relationships and it s just now showing ??? I have 2 baby s by this men and it ll tear my family and myself apart if it is herpes!!!! Please help me figure this out!!!!!
