Suggest Remedy For Swollen Labia Minora

I have One swollen labia minora. am 32 weeks pregnant and wear liners as pants always rub as bump is so big and low and find getting clothes to fit hard. wore tight trousers yesterday and today I'm in agony. I have no discharge or smell just extreme pain. can hardly walk and even to sit is painful. do I need to see my Dr or can I treat this at home safely? thanks
