Suggest Remedy For Swollen Lymph Nodes

My son was born with torticalis , he is now going on 4yrs old. Recently and rapidly the lymph nodes on the right side of his neck have gotten swollen and seem to be getting larger after a needle biopsy was done. Yellowish liquid was inside. Negative lab results for cancer...put still waiting on more pending cultures. Blood test have been done. And look more like abscesses now. ...that have worked their way to his jawline.
