Suggest Remedy For Swollen Nipples

I have puffy nipples i am a male now 19 almost 20 i saw a doctor about 3 years ago and i was told it was due to the fact of puberty. Will taking testosterone or anti estrogen pills help this process or get rid of it? I hit puberty later but how much longer will this last? And is there any tips to help.
