Suggest Remedy For Swollen, Sensitive Labia With Severe Pain

My inner labia is very swollen and sensitive, there is pain when i walk or sit. There is some white substance on the inside near my vaginal opening and around my labias. It is very dry and swollen, I tried putting vasoline on my labias to ease the dryness but it does not work. Can someone tell me what is going on, and how to cure it!
