Suggest Remedy For Tanned Skin

I have been asked by my skin doctor to use momate cream when i had tanned badly ..it showed a good improvement .Later she asked me to apply banatan + momate mix for 15 days twice a day.post 15 days Flavo c cream at nights Tab Nicovit n Primosa 500 mg for 3 months Ethiglow Face wash / cetaphil face wash I am moderately fair but due to excessive travelling I had actually become pretty dark.Momate has got back my texture but if i stop using this , I become dark again whats the solution ??I use Shaowz sunscreen
