Suggest Remedy For Tanning On The Forehead

I am suffering with tanness on my forehead and darkcicles ,becasue of this i am looking very dull , i have read your articles and found this is the right place to get rid of my problem I ma 26 years now , I am really desperate tto hear your suggestion . I want to seriously follow this. Please help
