Suggest Remedy For Tear At The Vaginal Opening

Hi, December 26th I had sex with my boyfriend And I tore about 2-3cm from below my vaginal opening. I tore again yesterday even thou we weren't eve having sex not even the tip was in yet. I thought I was healed as I say a faint line which I assumed was a scar. He is very big but we use lots of line and take it slowly. I have had sex with him 8/10 times prior to this and was fine. I'm not sure doctor can do much as I never had a problem before but I have not had sex that many times so I'm wondering is it because it is still kind of new maybe? The burning is sore when I pee but that's to be expected. I thought I was healed as I could only see a faint line (which I thought was a healed scar) I think the only thing the doctor would do is tell me I don't need stitches and to take it slow and use lube but I do that already. We are going away in late February and at this stage I am thinking I should wait until then to be sure, but then I am scared that I won't be used to it anymore and I will need to stretch again and possibly cause a tear!! I am on strong medication and I am wondering is it because I get dehydrated from the tablets that my skin became weakened?! I am so stressed!!!! I really love him and am so upset about this. Please if anyone has anymore ideas I'd be so greatful!!!!!
