Suggest Remedy For Tenderness,dryness And Wrinkling In Finger

I read your answer to the wrinkled finger question and maybe you can help me. I also get wrinkled finger now. Just started about 2 months ago. My problem is that I am deployed and this happens most often when I’ve been working with my hands a lot and they are covered in dust. I am a cargo handler in the Army and always have my hand on dirty, rusting containers, so there is no moisture at all on my hands. I got told by our medics to start wearing gloves. That didn’t help. Then they told me to stop wearing gloves and start applying Lamisil. Been using it twice a day as told. I am at a loss. My fingertips first started with little blisters. Just my fingers. Then it spread to my thumbs. My fingertips are now tender, dry and wrinkling. Can you give me some help? Thank you for your time. SGT Campos YYYY@YYYY
