Suggest Remedy For Terrible Pain And Soreness In Groin Area Due To Injury

there is freind of mine who hit in that place while he was playing cricket somtime ago. however he took medicine which cured him in the interim phase. however during last fortnight he had terrible pain in that area & due to which he has also got fever for more than 3 days. Something they call in Tamil as neerikathudhal. He is about to get married as well in next couple of months. He wants to get clarification from you on how to proceed & if any prblem what is the medicine to be used. Pls advice
