Suggest Remedy For Terrible Pain In Soles Of Feet And Hands

For the past three months I have had terrible pain in the soles (ball and heel) of my feet. They ache all the time and hurt even worse when I first get up in the morning. I am also having problems with achy swollen hands. They are still and fall asleep when I sleep. (I wake up with both hands asleep.)
