Suggest Remedy For Testicular Pain After Unprotected Sex

Hello? I am beginning to have some testicular discomfort. One testicular I think. The head of my penis feels sensitive now as well. Testicular discomfort for probably 2 days now and now the penis head feels tender/sensitive. I had unprotected sex 4 weeks ago and I m growing concerned I contracted something from her.
