Suggest Remedy For The Black Line On The Forehead

Hi, I have hit my forehead on the cot and that spot became a black line after a day. I thought it would go off after 2 or 3 days when the pain goes off. But has not vanished even after 10 days. I have no pain now. Shall use any cream? Is there a way to remove it.
