Suggest Remedy For The Fungal Marks On Penis

I have suffered with fungal infection for a few years but managed to get it under control due to seeing a dermatologist. However I have fungal marks on my penis that just wont go away, they have been there for a long time and my doctor says it's probably permanent because of something got to do with pigment of the skin. Is there anything that can be done?
