Suggest Remedy For The Increasing PMS Symptoms

Hello Dr, I am having increasing PMS symtpoms more along the line of PMDD. I am nearly 40 can you help me at all. I know you can buy plenty of these progesterone creams online but I would know how much to use to get maximum benefit.
