Suggest Remedy For The Inflamed Skin Around The Nail

I removed part of my nail from my toe and I tore the skin next to my nail. That skin has become inflamed and red with the top layer of skin peeling off. I am not able to see a doctor until next Friday, is there anyway to help my toe before it gets worse without antibiotics?
