Suggest Remedy For The Pain And Swelling In Throat

I have been using a e cigarette and now my throat and glands are painfully swollen, I thought I just had a cold but after reading on the internet it may be that I am allegic to it. I have used my e cigarette for 2 days and my throat is still killng me, is there anything I can take to take the pain away and I havent eaten for three days as it feels like tonsilitas (sorry not sure how to spell). I really want to give up smoking I have been on this for 4 weeks and have had this soar throat for most of it but I just thought I was ill
