Suggest Remedy For The Pain Before A Laser Surgery

I am supposed to be going in for laser back surgery this coming Wednesday, so I can't take any Asprin products or Anti-inflamatories. I'm in pain everytime I move, and haven't been able to get out of bed much in a week. I don't know what to do. I've been taking Tylenal, but I still can't sleep, I can't do anything on my own. I'm really pretty scared. What can I do?
