Suggest Remedy For The Raised Mole In The Middle Of The Nose

So I have a raised mole right in the middle of my nose I am petrified of needles an want it removed but don't know what to do I used to get bullied quite a lot as it is now quite big in size before I got heat blisters just above it and it scanned and came off and just came back and another time it came off but came back again I don't know what to do as it is in such a horrible place and is very noticeable and I hate it please help
